Potato Halwa

Ingredients:

250 grams boiled potatoes, 
50 grams ghee, 
250 grams sugar, 
100 ml. Milk, 
1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 
pistachios for garnishing. 


Method: 

Grate the boiled potatoes. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the potatoes on low flame till they turn light pink. Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes while stirring. Serve hot garnished with pistachios.
