Crunchy Capsicum Salad

Ingredients: 

2 capsicum finely chopped, 
2 cucumber finely chopped, 
cup groundnut crushed, 
1 tsp oilRock salt as per taste, 
juice of half a lemon, 
cup of arrowroot sev, 
for frying oil 


Method: 

Prepare a thick batter by adding 1/4 cup water, 1 tsp oil and rock salt to the arrowroot. Put it in the mold of sev and deep fry it in hot oil. Mix the other ingredients together. Lastly, serve after mixing sev.
