Coconut Kulfi

Ingredients:

1 grated coconut,
half a bowl of sugar,
2 tablespoons milk powder,
2 tablespoons cream,
half a bowl of mixed dryfruits (chiroji, makhana, raisins),
1 tablespoon rose water
 

Method:

Put a glass of water in the coconut and mix it well Grind and then sieve. Add sugar, milk powder, cream, dry fruits and rose water to it and fill it in the mold of Kulfi and keep it to freeze.
