Carrot Kheer


Ingredients: 

1 liter milk, 
200 grams of carrots, 
half a cup of sugar, 
almonds, cashews, pistachios, etc. as required and 1/4 tsp, 
cardamom powder 


Method: 

Peel the carrots and grate them. Boil milk. Add carrots and cook on low flame. Keep stirring in between. When the carrots are cooked well and the milk becomes very thick, then add sugar and cook while stirring continuously. Add cardamom powder, almonds, cashews, pistachios.
