Barfi Magaj


Ingredients:

Half cup Magaj (melon seeds peeled),
1 cup sugar,
1 tbsp green and red cherries.
1 tsp ghee

Method:

Heat a wok and fry the melon seeds. Make a thick sugar syrup. Keep ghee in a plate. Add melon seeds and cherries to the syrup and spread it on a greased plate. Cut it into desired shape and serve.
