Ingredients:
1 cup sweet potato boiled and mashed,Half cup sugar,
Half tsp cardamom powder,
2 tbsp ghee,
2 tbsp finely chopped cashews,
2 tbsp raisins,
silver work for garnishing.
Method:
Mash the sweet potato. Heat ghee in a pan. Add sweet potato. Add sugar and cardamom powder to it and fry on low flame for 20 minutes. Mix cashews and raisins. Serve garnished with silver work.
