Sitaphal Phirni

Ingredients : 

1 Cup Sitaphal pulp,
1 L Milk,
1 Cup sugar,
2 Tbsp Powdered Sama,
1 Tbsp Cardamom,
1/4 Tbsp Kewda essence,
1 Tbsp Ghee.

Method : 

Put ghee in a pan and fry the sama flour till it turns pink and boil the milk. When the milk starts to thicken a bit, then add sama to it and cook it. When the sama is cooked, add sugar and cardamom. After boiling for 5 minutes, take it off the flame and keep it to cool down. When it cools down, add sitaphal pulp and essence to it and keep it in the fridge to freeze well. Sitaphal phirni is ready.
