Potato Vegetable

Ingredients :

2-3 boiled potatoes,
8-10 curry leaves,
half a tsp cumin,
rock salt as per taste.

Method : 

Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and cumin. Then add potatoes, add rock salt and fry for 3-4 minutes on low flame, serve hot with Rajgiri roti.
