Buckwheat khichdi

Ingredients: 

1 cup few seeds, 
cup curd, 
2 potatoes finely chopped, 
1 cup groundnut coarsely ground, 
1/4 cup dates finely chopped.  
2 tsp ghee, 
tsp cumin, 
1 tsp ginger-green, 
1 tsp lemon juice, 
rock salt as per taste.  


Method: 

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, add potatoes and buckwheat and fry till it becomes pink.  Now add curd and half a cup of water and cook peanuts, ginger-green chili paste, rock salt, lemon juice and dates and cook covered.  Serve hot by adding green coriander.
