Ingredients :
Half cup of sama flour,half cup of ground sugar,
ghee for frying,
1 cup sugar syrup,
1 L milk,
2 tsp milk masala,
1 tsp cardamom powder.
Method :
Prepare a thick batter by adding water to the flour.
heat a pan and add ghee. Pour the batter in the sieve and fry the boondi. Now
dip the boondi in the sugar syrup for 15-20 minutes. Boil milk in a pan. When
the milk start to thicken, then add milk masala and boondi to it and boil for 5
minutes, add cardamom powder and serve after cooling.
