Banana Rolls 

Ingredients 

3-4 Banana(peeled and mashed), 
2-3 Tbsp Ghee, 
3/4 Cup Sugar, 
Half Tbsp Cardamom powder, 
2 Tbsp chopped Almond, 
1Tbsp Chopped Cashews, 
2 Tbsp Grated Coconut. 

Method : 

Heat it slowly a pan and add Ghee. Add peeled and mashed banana and grated coconut. Add sugar, cardamom powder and mix, Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Make small rolls. Serve garnished chopped cashew and almond.
